Real Property Management

Providing real property services and assistance ensuring full compliance with the Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiative including, but not limited to, conducting necessary research and documentation to address requirements for corrective action plans and compliance with data entry support in the correction of real property records through routine services and civil engineering data calls. Routine services also include timely facility inventories and compliance inspections used in the documentation process. Additional support performing real estate functions relating to he management and utilization of Government owned real property in the current Accountable Property System of Record (Tririga/NexGen).

SATCOM Operations

Providing world-wide communications capabilities, including access to both intra-site links and DoD Space-to-Ground-Link System (SGLS) protocol specifications and capabilities for secure links for data, voice and facsimile transmissions and reception. Management of all site-associated ground systems in support of activities involving radiometry and telemetry to generate, manage and execute modifications to equipment and evolving mission requirements. Direct mission support for the Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS), Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS), Jam Resistant Secure Communications (JRSC) and Project GSS missions.

Civil Engineering

Providing civil engineering project management, construction management, cost estimating, assessments and design management in support military construction (MILCON) and facilities sustainment, restoration and modernization support (FSRMS) projects. Management of all functions supporting civil engineering operations, maintenance and repair of installation infrastructure and military construction programs. Support of base utility systems providing potable water, storm and waste water removal, liquid fuels, electrical power and steam heat plants.

Space Sensor Operations

Tracking of approximately 20,000 man-made deep space objects and geostationary communications satellites at varying orbits from 10,000 to 45,000 kilometers from Earth through the Ground-Based Electro-Optical Deep Space Surveillance (GEODSS) and the worlds most advanced radar for the US Space Force Space Fence providing un-cued detection, tracking and accurate measurement of space objects in low-earth orbit (LEO).

Engineering services in support of military installation management, operations, design, maintenance, repair, infrastructure, construction and facilities for US Air Force, US Space Force, US Navy and Department of Defense (DoD) locations across the world.

Electrical Engineering

High Frequency Global Communications System (HFGCS) providing rapid, reliable, non-dedicated communications support to the President and Secretary of Defense, DoD agencies and aircraft and ships of the US Government during peacetime, contingency operations and war through consolidation of the Giant Talk, Global Command and Control System, HF Mystic Star and Information and Telecommunications System of the American Air Forces (SITFAA) missions. Provides primary command and control for mobility of air forces voice and data; Presidential and executive DoD support, dissemination of Emergency War Order message traffic, Spanish speaking network for SOUTHCOM, Global Humanitarian/NATO mission support and Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) fleet support. Operations and maintenance of all System Capable of Planned Expansion (SCOPE) command equipment, associated communications systems and antennas.
